When you create your own business, you do it on your terms, your hours and your location. This was the complete opposite of what I was use to as a dental hygienist.
My passion is in mindset and personal development. When I was introduced into life coaching 4 years ago, I was able to apply the knowledge I learned and relax my nervous system and brain. I was able to consciously decide what I wanted to think throughout the day instead of living mindlessly on repeat day after day.
I became Life Coach Tools certified by Brook Casstillo in 2024. I have used these tools in my own life to increase my self-confidence, make impossible goals and take massive action. I have been able to start my own online business to take steps towards the life I’m designing.
